I made this piece for the Unearthly Challenge 2009. I worked on it from scratch for about 3 weeks. Was a hard bit of work.

Theme of UC09 is 'Endgame'. My Idea of the endgame was this platform in the center of an huge renessaince palace. I visited Budapest before going on this challenge, so I had so much inspiration left from this city I had to do a piece in that style.
The player wandered and battled through this world and somewhere along his road something went terribly wrong. Now the world is collapsing and he has to get to this portal. It is his only way to get home.
